Fiza Junejo

The daughter of a former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Mohammad Khan Junejo and herself gifted with noble qualities of head and heart, Senator Fiza Junejo was born in Larkana. After earning a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Karachi she got another degree in Law from the Sindh University.

She went to the United States for further studies and got Business Skills Certificate from the Berkely University of California and a diploma in International Financial Systems from the Institute of World Affairs, Salisbury. She also attended another extensive course on political science from the Stanford University California.

Fiza Junejo, basically a hard working lady who devoted much of her time in studying international relations and the international economic spectrum, worked with her father as a very close Political Advisor. This is how she learnt different ways of evaluating and judging the political scenarios at the political and national levels in Pakistan.

She was elected as a member of the Senate of Pakistan in March, 1994 for a six year term. The lady Senator is a mem6er of the Senate Standing Committees on Foreign Affairs, Kashmir Affairs and Northern Areas and on Communication and Railways and She is also member of the Functional Commitee on Ruels of Procedure and Privilges.
